Interior

The lobby projects an unusually historic feel with, with a wrought-iron chandelier and gate and a beamed ceiling. To one side is a spacious and relaxing parlour-style lounge with a grand piano, where traditional furnishings are married with Art Deco table lamps, tables and chairs.

To the other side is a bright, more modern breakfast room with cream and white decor, overlooking the front courtyard, and to the rear a more traditionally-styled restaurant that overlooks the garden.

The attractive, secluded, leafy rear garden is well-shaded, with tall trees, flower beds and a few sun loungers on the neat lawn, and has a gravel patio with a few wooden tables and chairs and a relaxing water feature.

Area Type: In a quiet, residential, less touristy part of Venice Lido on the coastal road overlooking the lagoon, ½ ml E of the main vaporetto stop and main shopping street. Apart from a small bar outside and a restaurant 150 yds, there are no amenities nearby, most shops, bars and restaurants are ½ ml away. Bus stop 100 yds, San Nicolo vaporetto (very limited service) 100 yds, car ferry 300 yds.
