 Facing an attractive small square, this well-presented option has a discreet charm and a much more classy feel than most other 3-star hotels in this neighbourhood. Quite possibly only the limited facilities (it has only a breakfast room and no bar) precludes a higher rating.

However guests have the use of bar and restaurant at the sister hotel 70m away. The location is relatively peaceful for such a central spot, with major sights and vaporetto stop very close by.

Well-suited to discerning couples, who may want to choose a room with a private terrace that overlooks the square.

A narrow and rather neat 4-storey terraced building, once yellow but now mostly faded to grey, with green shutters and balconies and window boxes to the front 1st and 2nd-floor rooms.

A couple of rooms have a private balconies. The building was formerly a convent dating from 1875.

A diminutive and quaintly-styled lobby has a couple of chairs, with a stone staircase leading off through a columned portico. To the rear is a small, simply-furnished but attractive breakfast room.
